Augment building a premium global MBA brand with courses from the world’s greatest entrepreneurs, CEOs, and executives. Our instructors are the founders of Wikipedia, Shazam, Youtube, Waze and top executives from companies like Meta, Amazon and Google. We raised $6M to redefine the MBA experience for entrepreneurs and leaders to access a flexible business education at a fraction of the cost of traditional MBAs.
What we're looking for:
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Success & Community Intern to help our students connect and get the most out of their Augment experience. You’ll play a key role in making sure our MBA students feel supported and part of a vibrant community, whether they’re interacting online or meeting up in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize in-person and online events.
- Engage with students in 1:1 discussions as well as group sessions, our community platform and Slack.
- Increase the perceived value of the Augment community through new projects, initiatives and partnerships.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure community features are used effectively in our marketing and sales pitch.
- Assist students post-purchase. Answer questions, solve problems or just be there to guide students.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship experience in startups.
- Experience running online and/or in-person events.
- Outstanding social skills.
- A strong interest in business, entrepreneurship and business content.
- Fluent/Native English-speaker
